Bavette Steak From Fruition Restaurant In Denver, Colorado!

Located in Denver, Colorado’s Country Club Neighborhood, Fruition is James Beard Award Winning Chef Alex Seidel’s flagship restaurant. Fruition is only open for Dinner, and this was from a recent trip.
You may or may not know, but Chef Seidel has an impressive empire going in Denver, with Union Station’s Mercantile Dining & Provisions, Fruition Farm, and Fudmill all among the brands he has sprouted. Now, most recently, Chef Seidel has partnered with Snooze Co-Founder Adam Schlegel to open a Fast-Casual Chicken Restaurant, Chook Charcoal Chicken, on Denver’s South Pearl Street.
All of this said, James Beard Awards are usually given with good reason, so it isn’t luck that has allowed Fruition-opened in 2007-to remain one of Denver’s top restaurants today. While we aren’t partnered with any of the aforementioned restaurants or brands just yet, you never know… 😉 Tell them about us!
Anyway, check out this plate, from Fruition’s Autumn 2018 menu. This is the Bavette Steak, with “cauliflower galette, chanterelle, conserva, sweetbreads, frisee,” and you can imagine it has flavors that match the presentation. However, we will simply let this gorgeous shot of the food do the talking.
